In the final process stage of cement manufacturing, the cement clinker is extracted from the clinker stores or silos and finely ground, together with gypsum as a setting regulator and possibly other additive materials with hydraulic or pozzolanic properties.
The cement manufacturing process starts with the extraction and preparation of the raw material. Even at this stage, the requirements are high because only with homogeneous and high-grade raw meal is it possible to manufacture high-grade cements in a cost-efective manner. Our experienced geologists determine the raw materials that occur in the quarry in order to analyze and evaluate them subsequently in the chemical, mineralogical and physical laboratories.
We supply silos with storage capacities ranging up to 100,000 tonnes. These are executed for the specific requirements as comprehensive system solutions. Taking account of layout specifications or special national requirements, we install steel hall or circular structures, dome silos, hybrid-construction silos or pure concrete silos. It goes without saying that we install environment-friendly dedusting systems.

Our product range comprises six cooler sizes covering throughput rates of up to 180 tph. This type of cooler can be used not only in the cement manufacturing process but also for reducing the temperature of other fine materials.
